- $250 Deposit: Due Upon Reservation (non-refundable)
- $300 Airfare Deposit: Due Upon Reservation, if requested (non-refundable)
- Insurance Premium: Due Upon Reservation, if requested (non-refundable)
- Oberammergau tours require additional $350 Deposit: Due 6/1/2019 (non-refundable)
- Remaining Trip Balance: Due 90 Days Prior to Departure
All payments will be automatically charged to the credit card used for your deposit. If you would like to change payment methods, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the due date.
CANCELLATION FEES
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Before Final Payment: penalty is non-refundable deposit and insurance premium*
- 65-22 days prior to commencement of services: 20% of total price*
- 21-8 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price*
- 7-1 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price*
- On departure day and later: 100% of total price*
Oberammergau Cancellation Policy:
- Before Final Payment: penalty is non-refundable deposits and insurance premium
- 65-22 days prior to commencement of services: 40% of total price*
- 21-8 days prior to commencement of services: 60% of total*
- 7-1 days prior to commencement of services: 80% of total price*
- On departure date or later: 100% of total price*
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to 5:00PM Eastern Time on the deadline date.
*Total price does not include any Instant Purchase Air or Instant Purchase Air service fees, which are non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase.
